Request Form - Mobile App - Iphone
When one of our users completes a request form, when they get to our multi select question of the order type and select "Replacement" which has a branch that asks for the reason for the replacement. The followup question from the branch doesn't show up.
Have I done something wrong?
It doesn't look like the follow up question is configured wrong... but it's difficult to troubleshoot the form externally. I'd ask the user to make sure they're using the latest version of the mobile app, and then to try again.
And if it doesn't help Ped Watt, I'd definitely recommend reaching out to our Support team 👍

Lisa following Sarah Dungey's response we updated the app and tried it on multiple Iphones and Ipads with no luck. Working with the support team now. Thank you both for your responses
