“Can’t add an entry for a locked date. Please repick the date.”

We have a team member that can no longer track time against a task. The team member was able to track time on this task last month, but now they get a message that says:

Can’t add an entry for a locked date. Please repick the date.” 

The is no date locks on this project per

As an admin in the space I can record time against the same task

Just in case anyone else hits this. 

What happened to cause the issue

Task was assigned to Resource in Public space 

Resource was not a listed member of space, but had access to space as a "User who can access this space"

We added another department to Wrike, and the Space admin change the "User who can access this space" rights from full to read only

Resource could no longer track time against 

Resource was added to the project as a listed user with Full rights and now can track time again
