Task Progress
Good morning,
I'd like to see a color-coded progress referencing task health (verses project health) for individual tasks and subtasks and have this vie available in the new table view in Lightspeed. It's nice to see a high-level view of project progress and health/risk, but I would like to see this feature on a granular level as wall. Thoughts?
Hi Brandon
Nice to see others requesting this!
This is very much aligned with a Lightspeed feedback I left when I first started using Lightspeed.
Up until now, I've solved this through a Calculated field (go to settings, custom fields) I've created for the account, which can be added as a column when viewing the project in Table/Table (new). We register time on each task we work on, and I assume you're doing the same due to your interest in the project and task health.
What I was interested in was to give our project managers and easy way to manage the financial aspect of a project as well as giving all of us an indicator of tasks always surpassing the allowed effort. I therefore created a calculated field "Time: Spend vs. Allocation" and decided on % as the view, and this is quite useful, though I'd much prefer if it was available by default :-)
Thank you both for submitting your feedback Brandon Dunham, Maria Hermansen 🙌 I'm now passing it on to our product team.
And special thanks for mentioning calculated fields, Maria! Here's a link to the Help Center article covering this feature just in case 🙂

Checking back in on this one - has the Task Level Progress gained any traction? Trying to keep our team using Wrike but there are some basic features like this that are still not offered that other tools offer. TIA
Hi Jessica Kim, thank you for your comment. I understand this feature would be important for you and your team, please rest assured that we're passing your feedback on to our Product Team 👍
We'll keep you informed if there are any changes implemented. Please, let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
Do you have any updates on this feature? I've tried utilizing the if statements, but I'm having difficulty running this. We are looking to track task costs at a status date. Thanks.
Hi Tegan Atienza, welcome to the Community. We don't have updates about this suggestion at the moment, I've passed your comment on to our relevant team 👍
Please, feel free to check our New to Community forum to discover all the resources you can find in our Community 🙂
Agreed. I would like this feature added as well at a task level.
I wood like to have this feature also added. Now you don't have a good overview. Only when you open the headtask.
Thank you for supporting this suggestion, Caitlin Grumley and Alexander Hermans. I have forwarded your interest to the team. 👍🏽

Ditto to the above comments. I'd like to see cascading progress through every milestone/task/subtask level. There is limited utility in the progress at a project level. We need to see this at milestone and below.

For us Task Progress (based on subtask closed) is very important. It will be really helpful to have something like Project Progress.
Let me add my interest on progress tracking at task level.....not sure what's needed to break the "has not gained a lot of traction ", maybe "a lot" of traction is not needed, as that's a pretty subjective adver.
I wanted to include a snippet from a different software that shows % complete in a table view. Aside from the automation to develop a percent complete, the visualization would be extremely helpful during project review.
Thank you for supporting this suggestion, everyone. I have shared it with our product team, and we will let you know if there are any updates related to this. 👍🏽

We also need to be able to rollup task progress to parent tasks, not just project. This is basic functionality in any project management software. Why on earth would Wrike not support this? And why does it require "thumbs up" count to get something basic like this incorporated? Wowzers :)
I know. Did you know there are YouTube videos that tell you how to do this in Excel? No kidding.
