Rollup Capabilities For Custom Dates
The system set of dates (start date, due date, and duration) work very well and can be used for either actual or estimated dates (one or the other). I have a need for rollup functionality on both actual and estimated dates. I can create a custom set of dates but there is no rollup capabilities for custom dates. If you could provide rolling up on minimum and maximum dates, then I could get the parent start date (minimum date) and end date (maximum date). The duration could be handled by formula.
I do not feel this is an effective way to manage the needs of the Wrike application. For all I know, this could have been suggested but I am unaware because I would have to find the correct search criteria to locate it (and vote for it).
Anyone that previously worked with Microsoft Project would expect the ability to perform rollups on custom dates. It seem like a basic capability when working schedules. Also, since this functionality already exists for actual start date and due date, it would seem that functionality should be able to be brought over to custom dates
