Request Form Help Text
Hi there,
I have noticed that you moved the questions help text from the bottom to the top of the response field.
Since you are not inclined to create a text section so admins can add guidelines or SLAs to each form, I was using the help text on each form's last question to add this kind of information.
Now that you have decided to make this move, you completely messed all my forms. Did you think about the impact you were causing to clients when making this decision?
Hi Rui Oliveira! Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback on this recent change. I'm sorry to hear this is causing inconvenience. Please let me explain the reason this change has been introduced.
In Wrike, the helper text in request forms is supposed to help the submitters understand how to answer a question, what it's needed for etc. In that view, it seemed more logical to put it above the question to better serve its purpose.
I understand the inconvenience you've run into as you've been using the helper text field as a workaround for a text section. Would you consider putting your helper text in the file attachments question section?
Again, sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi Lisa, thanks for the feedback.
I have an idea to work it around, but I have plenty of forms to fix.
Please take my use case to the development team. I hope they understand why do users need a body text section in the forms.
Thank you 🙂
