Personal Space - custom personal workflows
I'd love the ability for ALL users to be able to create their own personal workflows in their personal space rather than having to either adopt an existing workflow that may not fit the needs of the user for the tasks/project they're managing out of their personal space. Maybe its not so much of creating a hard "workflow" as it currently exists in Wrike, rather maybe its simply having the ability to rename the buckets in the Personal space (much like MS Planner allows). Either way, giving users the increased ability to further customize their Personal space would add significant value to a stand out feature of Wrike.
This added ability for each user to customize how they manage their own personal work would allow a deeper adoption rate when onboarding new staff/departments into Wrike. As great as Wrike is with managing projects/tasks and communication throughout an organization/company, the Personal space is a MAJOR selling point when you're teaching folks about the system. The more individuals that use the personal space, the more accustomed and used to Wrike they get, and those habits of utilizing Wrike are created. Having the ability for users to have total ownership/customization options of their Personal space would be a significant value for every user that utilizes the Wrike platform.

To echo this idea, we are evaluating Wrike against a few other collaboration tools right now and the ability for users to create custom statuses/workflows for tasks is a nice feature.
Some collaboration is fairly organic and doesn't fit into a pre-defined workflow. It would be great if admins could either allow custom workflows on Personal spaces or allow specific spaces to have "flexible" workflows, so projects and tasks could either use a pre-defined workflow or users could create their own on the fly (similar to Trello)
Thank you for supporting this idea Jacob Bodnar! 🙂 Welcome to the Community!

This will be extremely valuable, as having it set in all places , although practical, the team would work out of their Personal space, it just make sense that it can be applied here.

I agree! We are implementing Wrike currently and the ability for individual users to setup their own personal "workflow" would be very helpful. Luckily I am an admin so I can create one for myself, but most people using the software are going to have to settle for whatever I (or some other admin) thinks is a good workflow which isn't ideal for the personal area.

Same thought as the people before me. I would like my personal space to have the same workflow as our public space so that it transfers easily, without having to update the workflow every time.

I echo all the above - users should have the ability to create their own workflow in their personal space. I don't want to make all users admins just so they can tailor their own personal space that wouldn't effect anyone else.

A coworker recently asked me to make him an admin in Wrike so he could have the ability to create a custom workflow on his personal space. I see that space admins can now create space specific workflows. I'm curious why that wasn't implemented for personal spaces at the same time?? We already have a LOT of account level workflows - scrolling through them isn't bad, but can be tedious. I suspect that many of them aren't actively used. The idea of creating additional account level workflows to accommodate individual user needs seems like a poor idea on a few levels.
