Task Filtering - Ability to select Workflows specific Workflows

My company currently has 41 different workflows setup in Wrike for various activities and processes followed.  Although, we do not use all 41 when launching a project, there are many that are used by different functional areas.

I would like to have the ability to include or exclude specific workflows within the task filters option.  The current selection forces me to either show ALL active tasks regardless of the workflow or go through every work flow I want to use and select the individual active tasks that I want to see.

Hi Nikki Richardson, welcome to the Community! Thank you for sharing your use case. At the moment, the best way to filter your tasks by specific statuses would be to select them in the "Filters" section:

To avoid repeating this process, you can easily save your preset by clicking on the option "Save preset" located at the top of the filters list:

Regarding the possibility to include/exclude workflows in your projects, an option would be to use Space workflows. This way, only the existing workflows in the Space would be available as filters. Would that work for you?

Hey Wrike team, I'm setting up a new Dashboard for a team and the data source needs to pull from highly cross-functional Spaces with teams that use their own custom workflows. I ran across this old product request while searching for help. In order to only show tasks for this specific team, the easiest way for me to do this would be to filter by the Workflow itself. That would weed out other teams' tasks.

Currently the best workaround is to filter by the Status and select every single status in a specific workflow. The issues are that it takes longer to set up a widget and if we ever edit the workflow statuses, the widgets won't pull in the new/edited statuses. I don't want to filter by Assignee because we'll have to remember to manually update the filter as team members inevitably change. And I'd rather not lean on a custom field by department because that would take a larger process change for team members to adopt.

Older and somewhat related request to make the workaround even easier:

Thanks for the consideration!

Hello Daisy Hibbard 👋

Thanks a lot for the context! It’s really helpful to understand how you’re trying to use Dashboards across multiple cross-functional Spaces and workflows. As of today, there aren’t any additional or cleaner workarounds within Dashboards beyond the status-based setup you’re already using, but if anything changes, we’ll be sure to keep you posted 👍
