PDF Fonts

Dear folks, when I post a PDF to a task for client review, the fonts get messed up in the Review Module (where the client can comment, paint on the PDF etc). Not all but most fonts (especially copy text) gets replaces with what looks like Arial, which basically makes the point of letting the client review a design totally moot, as he cannot see it as it will look in print. Is it possible to just simply show the original PDF and not messing with the embedded fonts? Because this basically F***up the usability of the Customer Review Module (which otherwise is nifty :-D)

Hi Sergey, 

together with you great support we found out that it seems to be a Problem with Safari, in Chome it works fine. 

(On an added note, it would be good to have this section available in regular mobile browsers for clients some day down the road).

I can confirm this beviours as well in Safari 10.1

Chrome 58 and Firefox 53 display fonts correctly in PDFs for review.

We're also having the font issue with PDFs - seems to be only happening on Safari.

Hi Micki and Heather, sorry for the delayed response here. @Heather unfortunately this is still an open bug in Safari. We recently released a desktop app as well which may be more convenient than using a browser other than Safari (if you're a big Safari fan). 
 
@Micki, I'm raising a ticket with our Support Team so that we can keep track of it as an issue internally as well. You'll receive an email about this ticket soon. I know it's not the most convenient - but will Chrome or the desktop app work for you?
