Replace Wrikes search with something that works

We have been using Wrike for several years, however since the beginning the incredibly poor search function has been a major problem for us.

We would need a full text search similar to Algolia to work with it productively. Also, filters in the search bar would be helpful, such as "Topic @username from:01-01-2022" instead of always having to open the filters first, then laboriously picking out the individual filters.

Hi Simon Gräbert, welcome to the Community 👋

Could you please tell me if you're using the available search commands for the workspace search in Wrike?

Hi Lisa,

I've tried it before, but autocomplete + search commands do the magic. It's really helpful to see the highlighted results in context:

We also use Wrike Forms very intensively. However, all tasks have the same title. Finding the right task is very difficult without context.

Best regards

I agree with Simon. The search bar could use a facelift. With Asana I could do an advanced search and search for All Open Tasks for whichever teammate among other filters.

Also, to Simon, I think you need to edit your forms. You can pick what answers go into the description and which ones go into the title unless they're custom fields, in which case they just fill those custom fields. It sounds like you should add a "Request Name" question at the top and tie that to the title.
