We don't have Wrike Analyze yet - BUT I would think it would make the most sense to combine the statuses where applicable (ie Multiple Completed, On hold and deferred) - it might be a bit trickier to group together active workflow, since by nature, they can represent many different things
I'm in agreement with Sherrie. To me, the multiple "Completed" is confusing. If you wanted to see individual "Completed" or whatever the status is, you may have to create the custom workflows to reflect that specific workflow area? In my case, I have a project workflow and a task work flow therefore, I would rather have combined and if I want separated, I would create the workflow to actually reflect each (ex. "Task Completed" and "Project Completed").
Why not use Task Status Group? We leverage this in our Wrike Analyze reports, since we have data with multiple task work flows in the same project.
1) If you needed to filter by workflow you could use a Break By or widget filter in most widgets in Wrike Analyze. Leaving Completed as the same in all contexts seems fine.
2) The option to filter/break by task status colour would be useful generally. As in #1 I wouldn't bake this in to the functionality though.
3) I do so frequently. I do this often in Wrike Analyze.
Agree with Kevin.
Thank everybody for your replies. :)
Kevin Thalacker, Aloi Calvert Can you elaborate on how you would use the Task Status group? In some edge cases, a status of the same name might belong to different status groups and thus means something else. I suspect these should not be merged; what do you think?
