Hello! We use Wrike as a briefing in tool for other people in the business. So they would brief work into our department. When we circulate work back to the brief owner we would create subtasks. Lets say they would like 4 videos - we would create a subtask for each one to collect feedback and get approvals for each one on its own thread. The Wrike admin would create these subtasks by logging in as the briefer to keep it so they get notified and can manage this through the studio. Can you make it easier to change the 'owner' of a task? This would be useful if somebody also goes on holiday.
