Currently, Wrike explicitly states that tools can only be stored in a single space... but it would be super helpful if we could store them across multiple spaces as with projects/folders/tasks.
My use case: we have a central space for all projects and calendars. We also have a space for each project manager, containing only that person's projects. I would like to store that person's calendars in the space as well, but this is not an option because:
- I would not be able to keep the calendar in the central space and the project manager space
- If a project has more than one manager, I would not be able to keep the calendar in both spaces
I imagine bookmarks may be suggested as a workaround, but this requires far too much maintenance and people will be confused if they have to access calendars under Tools in some spaces and Bookmarks in others. Please add this feature!
