Permalink for a request form

Hi Community!

Is there a option in Wrike to create a permalink for a request form?

Hey Bas! Yes there is. In the form settings, check "Enable public link." When you publish it, it'll give you the link.

I find that they are very long and "ugly" so you might want to shorten it using bit.ly.

Thank you, for your fast reply.

This enables the link also for external people right, outside of Wrike? If they have the link of course...

I am a bit scared to use this link...

That's correct! Anyone with the link can access it.

Is there a permalink option for forms you don't want to make public? We have some internal forms we use inhouse that I would prefer not to make public. A permalink for the internal forms would be very helpful for sharing with team members.

Melissa Mourer Hi! You should be able to copy a link from your browser and then you can send it internally. Can you please check if that option works for you?

Hi Lisa, yes that option works and is good to remember. The advantage that I like about the permalink functionality is that converts from being a url to the name of the project/folder/task when pasted into a description. We use permalinks quite a bit in meeting agendas we house in Wrike so people can reference their projects/tasks in our discussion and it is convenient to see what is being linked. I'm sure I can create the same effect by typing the name of the form and then hyperlinking it vs. pasting the url.
