How do I see if there are tasks that have not been assigned to a folder or project?

Hi Claire Kooperman, welcome to the Community, and thank you for posting. By default, the task is created in your Personal space. You can change that by tagging it to the folder, project, or space of your choice. So any task without a project/folder should be in your personal space.

Hi Claire,  I was about to answer exactly what Cansu said.  We often forget that it falls under the personal Space.  You could also have created a task directly into a space without specifying a project.  Then your best friend is the Search tool, you'll find it really quick...

If you're on the Home Page and you use the + button next to Search to create a task it does default to Personal space.  If you're in your My To-Do list and you click the + Item at the top of your list to create a new task it does not default to Personal space and has no space on it at all.  In this case, you'll see those show up in the Shared With Me section of Wrike, until they are tagged to a Folder or Project in a Space.

This is also the case for Tasks that others share with you, when they don't share the Space/Project/Folder with you (or they're sharing it from their Personal space) so it appears to not be in a Folder/Project.  These also show up in the Shared With Me section.
