2FA For All Plan Levels?

Hello - is there a plan to make 2FA available for all plan levels? Most business software have this feature as a standard security measure now a days. Thanks!

Thank you for sharing this feedback with us Tony Jokinen! You're correct that 2-Step Verification is only available on our Enterprise plans currently. I will pass on your feedback to our Product team 👍

We're evaluating Wrike currently and comparing to other products. 2FA is the main sticking point. I'm shocked that it's a paid upgrade. Basic, industry-standard security features shouldn't be a paid luxury. Most other cloud-based software I use both personally and professionally, comes standard with 2FA. It'll be a shame if we end up not adopting Wrike because of this issue.

I 100% agree that any cloud based app should have at least 2FA built-in these days, for any price plan that is...

I fully agree with this request. I can get a free Google or Microsoft account (heck, almost any cloud offering today) and have 2FA, but not on Wrike's Business plan.

2FA isn't just good for users, it's good for Wrike overall - at all price points. I strongly suggest you stop the oudated product segmentation and get on-board with today's environment.

Speaking for myself and my team, though we're trying Wrike in spite of being aware of this significant weakness, it does two things:

  1. Limits the data I'll have the team trust Wrike with.
  2. ...which in turn keeps me investigating alternatives.

The fact that it's such an excellent product is the ONLY reason we signed up, in spite of the lack of 2FA. But we're certainly not obligated to renew.

What an incredibly bizarre and stupid policy. You force wrike users to set a password but don't offer 2FA except on an enterprise plan. Are you trying to drive away potential customers. 2FA should be available for every plan. I won't even look at wrike whilst there is no 2FA. Why would you make users set a password who join via google. ?
