Everyone here makes this Community an amazing space to learn, engage and discuss all things Wrike. We wanted to make sure that everyone posting and commenting gains recognition for their contributions and with this in mind, we launched our Community Badge Program 🏅
Whether you’ve been asking questions, sharing your tips and tricks, or your feedback we want to recognize you. At the moment, we offer three levels of Community Badges, keep reading to find out everything you need to know about our Badging Program 👀
Community badges, benefits, and how to unlock 🔓

🧡 Orange Belt Badge
The first step into our Badge Program. It opens the door to our customer advocacy program, Wrike Stars where you can start earning points by completing challenges.
🔑 Benefits:
- Invitation to Wrike Stars - Our customer advocacy program where you can exchange points for certifications, experiences, and other rewards. When you get your Orange Belt Badge you will receive an email from us with your digital badge and an invite link to Wrike Stars.
How to get it? Start at least 2 new threads and comment 4 times on the Community.
💚 Green Belt Badge
The next step in our program is our Green Belt badge and with it, comes an invite to our exclusive Ninja Forum.
🔑 Benefits:
- Access to our Ninja Forum - Our exclusive forum for only Green and Black Belts, where we publish private betas, interviews, and other opportunities.
- Time with the Wrike Team - Hands-on time with a Wrike Expert and Wrike's Product team to get in-depth training on a specific topic or functionality.
How to get it? Start at least 4 new threads and comment 9 times on Community.
🖤 Black Belt Badge
Our Black Belt is the highest level of our Community badges. Black Belt owners are continuous contributors to the Community, they engage with other Community members, and share their experiences and best practices on the Community.
🔑 Benefits:
- Expedited Support for you - when you submit a request to our Support Team, your questions have a guaranteed one-hour response time.
- Snail Mail Surprise - it's a surprise, so we won't put all the details here, but we'll send you a care package packed with some fantastic goodies.
- Plus all the above - you'll also get access to all of the benefits our Green and Black belts do.
How to get it? Show that you are passionate about Wrike, that you keep the Community buzzing. Not only do you join discussions often, but you also display a high level of Wrike expertise and are often seen helping others.
📦 Receiving and sharing your badge
💚 Green and Orange Belt Badges 🧡
Once you meet the criteria for a Green or Orange badge, you'll see it beside your name across the Community. The badge program runs a check for new badges twice a day so please give it a little time for updates to reflect online (around 24 hours).
🖤 Black Belt Badges 🖤
Black Belts are granted by the Community team. If you earn this badge, we'll be in touch directly! 👀
💻 Your Digital Badge
We are hugely appreciative of the contribution you make here and we want to make sure you can share your achievement, so we also provide your Community badge in a digital format! This will be emailed to you directly along with your invite to Wrike Stars 😎

The tab says I'm not authorized to access the page and the page itself says I don't have access - can you help me figure out how to get in? 🤓

I got my Green Belt and I'm having trouble accessing the Nija Forum in the Community. The link does not work in the email and it does not seem to the populating on its own. It seems it should based on the comments I'm seeing on this thread.
