Feature Request: Wrike Bot as Author

We use the Wrike forms feature a lot. Regularly our team is interested if the number of requests are rising or falling. Unfortunately it's not possible to filter to this kind of task. The only common feature is: Assigned by Wrike Bot.

If Wrike Bot would be a user we could filter by "Author = Wrike Bot"

My feature request is: Make Wrike Bot a User (maybe by choice in the settings menue)

Hi Christoph Busch! Thank you for submitting, this is a very interesting suggestion, and I'll pass it on to the Product team!

In the meantime, it would be great to learn how you're doing this currently. For example, I know that many Wrike users would have a folder structure with a folder for all incoming requests. In that folder, it should be possible to filter by the dates of those requests. Could you tell me if you've considered counting them like this?

Hi Lisa,
we have a team out of 10 members. Every member has several forms for recurring task. Most members have one of these incoming folders in the personal space (like you mentioned) but thats only for the first step. As soon as a request comes in it will be reviewed, assigned to the correct member with a timestamp and moved to the correct folder (we have a mirrored project folder structure to our server structure in Wrike). This way the incoming folder will not be cluttered with all the requests. Unfortunately we can't check these folders for counting as well. At the moment every task has an 8 in the name so we try to search after tasks with an 8. But it would be much better with the Wrike-Bot method (because you can rename a task and than the 8 is gone).

This feature would be helpful for us too. Our use case is:

All of our marketing team members have Wrike licenses. When a non-marketing member submits a request form, the manager would like to be made aware of it. The only way of identifying these (that we know) is the author and unfortunately in the Automation rules, we cannot define Where Author = Wrike Bot.

This would be greatly beneficial for our team as well. The ability to filter by Wrike Bot as the author is definitely needed.
