Allow to have singular "status" associated with multiple "Workflow"

Hi,

The current situation allows to create multiple "Workflow", however, the "statuses" are created as child items of worklow, instead of being entities that are linked together. As a result, we end up having multiple similar statuses, that does not help to have smooth and easy way to use all filtered features (filters, reports, dashboards).

Example:

Workflow #1 - Creative
1.1 To Do
1.2 In Progress
1.3 In Review
1.4 In Correction
1.5 In Printing
1.6 Completed

Workflow #2 - Marketing Campaign
2.1 To Do
2.2 In Progress
2.3 In Review
2.4 Scheduled
2.5 Completed

The results of such basic situation is already to have 2x4 duplicated status (To Do, In Progress, In Review, Completed". Someone working accross different projects and different workflow will have hard time to filter properly, without entering in all concerned workflow filters, and ensuring to select all respective status tick box.

A better alternative, would be to maintain some statuses

Example: 

S1 To Do,
S2 In Progress
S3 In Review
S4 In Correction
S5 In Review
S6 Scheduled
S7 Completed
S8 In Printing

And then, when creating new worklow, simply associated available statuses into the workflow
Example

Workflow #1V2 - Creative
S1 To Do
S2 In Progress
S5 In Review
S4 In Correction
S8 In Printing
S7 Completed

Workflow #2 - Marketing Campaign
S1 To Do
S2 In Progress
S5 In Review
S6 Scheduled
S7 Completed

Doing so, we could filter "All tasks "In Review = S5" and it would be all relevant tasks in the different filtered features

Right now, the current situation is not scalable, and we are avoiding to open new workflow to our teams, it's too harmful vs. benefits. Nevertheless, we are therefore not delivering full value to our users who would need custom workflows.
