We had this one agent who made a change to the account setting in regards to including weekends or not. They opened the window to make said change but realized the possible implications to various other users and backed out from saving. While she didn't save her changes the system still made these changes. This caused for multiple tasks to be updated and have dates changed across all users/tasks. It was horrible! Needless to say I would avoid reviewing/updating this option until you collective agree with all admin users on this change. Might also be worth having someone review this function to ensure it is not a glitch that it applies the change even though it was not saved.
