Reduce number of lines from resolving comments
Proofing in Wrike is great, but the way the resolved comments show up is way too bloated (see attached). Just resolving 3 comments and uploading a new version of a file takes up almost half the page (see below screenshot of how it appears).
I would suggest only showing the file once and grouping all the resolved comments together in a single list, instead of each resolved comment as a separate entry. Or just show a note that comments were resolved (and the user can click the PDF to see the all the comments). Uploading a new version also creates 2 separate comments, which I feel could be condensed somehow.
When there are so many notes with a PDF icon, it appears as though they're would relate to different documents, but they're all related to the same document. This extra bloat makes it hard to keep track of conversations in the comments due to the large gaps.
Hello Aaron Kwong, thank you for sharing your feedback and use case on Proofing. I've passed it on to our Product team 👍🏼
If I can piggyback on this, I also find the line through resolved comments to be distracting and visually unappealing. There are times where I have to reopen a resolved comment because I need to read it. I'd much prefer them to be grayed out.
Hi Anna Wallace, thank you for adding your support for this suggestion 🙌🏼
