User & Sub-User Groups
We have implemented a high level User Group process where a request form is leveraged to create the top level User Group for a Division or Organization within the Company. Then we educate the User Group Admin (that requested the group) how to create their own sub-groups, which allows them to manage multiple groups without IT having to be engaged for a creation of each.

does the sub group user have to be a member of the upper level group?
Hi Lizbeth Tommy, if we are talking about the admin yes, if not they do not need to be a member of the upper level group.
