Folder/Tag Logic
It would be nice to be able to add folder exception(s) to a parent folder or space when specifying which folder location an action is applied.
As an example: +World/AllContinents/AllNations -Italy. VS +World/AllContinents/Nation1,Nation2,Nation3, etc.
Hello Andrew Goddard, thank you for the feedback. May I ask the use case behind it?
Sometimes you want an automatic action on a all subfolders except maybe one or two.
Thank you for sharing some detail behind this suggestion Andrew Goddard. Your feedback is passed on to the Product team 👍

I would like this functionality to exist as well. Our use case is under our top-level folder is Global Campaigns, and one subfolder is events. I'd like to exclude events but see all other campaigns. Adding all other subfolders one by one isn't an option as it wouldn't automatically include folders created after the calendar settings are set. This was on Calendars.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and use case Ashleigh Brummund, I've passed it on to the team👍🏼
Is there an update on this ?

I'd be happy to have such a feature, too.
I structure my workweek with 5 folders (Monday - Friday). Therefore, I have a dashboard with 5 columns/widgets, one for each folder. Also on this dashboard are widgets with all tasks assigned to me.
Now when I am planning my next steps I drag and drop the tasks from the “Assigned to me”-widget to the folder-widget (e.g. Tuesday). Now the task is like planned.
Coming to the feature. I would be happy if the planned tasks do not show up in the “Assigned to me”-widget anymore. But this needs some sort of rules like “If the task is in one of the folders Mon-Fri, do not show it in the widget”.
