Tracking "Time To Response" for Request forms
Our Marketing team uses a Wrike Form for new task requests and depending on the category of the request, it automatically assigns the task to the correct person on the Marketing team. I'm curious, is there a way I can track how long it took the Marketing team member to respond back to the original requestor?
We use the Comments section to either ask clarifying questions or let the requestor know approximately when the team will process the request. Our goal is to respond within 24 hours of the request and the only way I can track time metrics to make sure we're on track is to do it manually. I was wondering if there's a way to utilize Custom Fields to have it auto-populate the number for me?
Hi Daisy Hibbard, I'm afraid that's not currently possible to do this automatically. I can move your post to the Product Feedback forum and pass your idea to the Product team - please let me know 👍

Sure Lisa, that would be great! I can see this being a useful metric for IT teams who use Wrike to process Helpdesk tickets too.
Done Daisy Hibbard, and I've also changed the title a little so that it's easier to find for other Community members 👍 Hope you don't mind!

Has there been any update to this post? My team manages procurement and travel requests and I would like to create a report that shows the average response time by assignee and the time from the date the request was submitted to the date the task is moved to a completed workflow status. Thank you for your help!
Same question here as Johnell has :-)!
Hi folks, apologies for the late reply!
We don't have an update for this idea at the moment as it's not on the team's roadmap. It would be great if more people could upvote the original suggestion by Daisy as that would help our team see how popular it is (at the moment, there are not many votes). You can find more info on votes and statuses in this post.
Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with!
