Hello!
Has anyone else had all of their projects and folders disappear with enabling the new wrike experience? All of my tasks are there but there are no folders or projects listed categorically as before.

Hi Amy Drake, while in a Space, the left-hand navigation will only show work elements, Projects, Folders, and Tasks of that specific Space. It is designed this way to create a space-focused structure and help you focus on the most important things. With this being said, in the New Experience, you still can easily browse Spaces and get a quick overview of other Folders/Projects by clicking the hamburger menu in the left upper corner:
