Share Timesheet including My To-Do Items
Hello, how do I share my Timesheets including the My To-Do items? Currently, other users can only see tasks of projects they are also associated with. This would be useful to tracking actual time spent to management. Thank you.
Hello J C, users can view other users' timesheets from the dropdown menu, but on other users' timesheets, you can’t see tasks that aren’t shared with you.
If you create tasks in My to-do, it's automatically created in your Personal Space which is not shared with other users. You can either create tasks in shared folders/spaces and add them to your My to-do or share the tasks in My to-do with other users.
Please let me know if you have any questions 😊

@... Gotcha. So, how can I accomplish my goal of allowing another user to view my timesheet. We're trying to use it to view how the user's hours are spent as opposed to forecasting. We'd rather avoid having to save an html file for each week.
It sounds like for each task not associated with a project, folder, or space, I would need to share them individually or create a folder that is shared under Personal.
Hello J C, yes tasks need to be shared with the user who is viewing the timeline to be accurate. If you're trying to view how user's hours are spent how about creating a Time Spent Report? You can create this report on the Space/Folder/Project level.
If you'd like to view other users' Timesheets, you can change the user by clicking on the dropdown menu.
Please let me know if I can further explain anything to help 😊

@... Alright. We'll just have to share the projects accordingly. Time Spent Reports work for a single project. I was looking for more of a time report for one user across projects. Thank you for your responses. I appreciate it.
