Using Custom Calculated Fields Outside of Reports

I apologize if this is a repeat post but was unable to find one.

We need to be able to use custom calculated fields outside of reports. Our team hardly uses reports--dashboards are the go-to. Not being able to use them there renders them pretty much useless.

Anna Wallace can you show the example of the field you are trying to use? I'm interested in seeing how it functions in your instance of Wrike as I have a few date-driven reports and datapoints I need to use as well. Overall I'm really shocked it's not basic functionality to be able to use a camelCase driven attribute lookup to be able to make our own calcualted fields based on custom fields. It makes getting functional reports extremely convoluted.

John Mitchell Sure!

It's a basic date calculation to find how many days ahead the task is due. (Due Date - Today() = Due in x Days).

I'd also like to be able to calculate how many days a task has been pushed back but this won't work since a locked "Original Due Date" field doesn't exist.
