Hi Andrew Goddard, thanks for reaching out! This is by design that deactivated users are hidden in all pickers for interactions in the workspace and don't come up in the assignee/user list in the Reports. However, their time entries should be visible in the Timelog Report grouped by User:

Hi! I'm digging up an old thread because I have a related question. It's nice that Timelog can show this info, but I need to pull quarterly reports with time spent by employees on all projects during the 3 month span. I have 2 employees that have left and now I cannot get an accurate report because there accounts are deactivated. Is there any way around this?
