Effort Allocation Per Project
I would love to be able to allocate effort to a Project. Time tracked within that project could be reported against the overall Project Budget. The main goal is to clearly see how we are doing on all of our projects and on a high level see who can take on another Project in the Workload view. This could be graphically illustrated with a progress bar near the Project name in the Table view. This could then be graphically compared in a nice report against, time tracked, task effort allocated, etc.

Lisa very cool. What I'm thinking of is a quick functionality for keeping projects on a time budget. Please see the attached screenshot. If I could assign a blanket effort to a Project. Then as we log time to it we could quickly see if we are running over or under. This effort allocation is more big picture for keeping a project in check. I still would like to individually track task efforts as well for smaller-scale planning, I think they need to exist in tandem.
