how should i use api to find out the history of changes by task, for example, when a task was moved from one folder to another

I'm afraid that there is no request to query the task activity stream. However, you can use webhooks to keep track of the changes made to the tasks and log updates for future reporting: https://developers.wrike.com/documentation/webhooks
Another option would be to query tasks from time to time and compare task details in the response.
Depending on the type of the call performed, you might need to use the additional URL parameter "fields" to include the list of task parent folders in the response:
