Task Inherits Billable or Non-Billable Quality of Project When Moved

I feel like tasks should inherit the BILLABLE or NON-BILLABLE quality of the project it gets moved to, or at least there should be a setting that enables this. Often times people make tasks whether accidentally or purposefully in another project and then move it to the correct project. I find myself going through and changing values all the time because of this - adding more admin. time to my plate.
