Setting up custom access roles

I'm looking to start setting up custom access roles for the first time. As our adoption grows, I want to be able to better define team members different roles/capabilities. 

Does anyone have any best practices to share on starting with custom access roles? Or has anyone run into any pitfalls?

Hi Lisa, I have read the article but I'll be sure to check out the video. My questions was less about how to set them up technically and more about what users have seen work well as they've put access roles into place. Let me know if you do create a best practices guide.
