notifications after someone submits a request form that makes a task assigned to me from a blueprint

I have the setting “Notify me by email when: Someone assigns me a task” checked. But when I am assigned a task after someone submits a request form that makes a task assigned to me from a blueprint, I don’t get a notification. I'd like to get one.
