Document Editor Install
We are trying to get the document editor installed in an RDS environment. Is this install a per user or per device installation? I have installed it on all of our host yet the user has to install it (which they have no permissions to do)
Please advise on this product in a VDI/RDS environment

Support sent us a WrikeDocumentEditorServerInstaller***.msi with the manual:

The admin needs to uninstall the old Document Editor (DE) from their computer and all users need to uninstall the DE from their computers. If no DEs have been installed yet, you can skip this step.
Install the attached version of the Document Editor.
Follow the prompts and the DE is installed for the admin and all users (including External Users and Collaborators).

After a month of normal workin', Wrike brokn for several users with no seen' reasons. Nothing has been installd or removd from the server. Several users work fine, for several users the DocumentEditor (DE) dosn't start (see picture).
Reinstallin' accordin' to the instructions with Admin rights didn't help - normal workin' at several users is not restord.
Reinstallin' at Remote Desktop User didn't help - normal workin' is not restord.
