quick access to timetracking in search results
The search bar is one of the best features in wrike, I really love it!
I suggest an additional feature for the search result list to instantly start the timetracking. Actual it needs to open the task before one can start the timer.
As I use standard tasks to track time I spend on the phone or something like that, e.g. for helpdesk, I don't want to always switch the task I'm actual working on If I get a call, I just want to switch the timetracking.
Hi Florian Kislich, thanks for suggesting!
Could you please provide a little more detail into how this would work? From what I understood, you'd like to be able to work on one task and track time for a different task at the same time - is that correct?

Hi Lisa,
you got this absolutely correct. I often track my worktime in kind of dummy tasks, one is called "troubleshooting", one "helpdesk", for example. It would be very complex to create a new task everytime when helping someone out. Once I've startet timetracking this day in such a task, it is quite easy to continue the tracking the second time, as it remains in the dropdown of all active time trackings. This is very well done.
Additionally I'd like to be able to start timetracking of tasks I haven't been working on this day. This could be either done by access thorugh the search function, as I suggested before, or maybe by some favourites wich could be pinned to the header of my space or something like that.
Thanks for getting back to me, Florian Kislich! I've passed your feedback to the team so it's on their radar 👍
