Conditional Marker Folder Roll-Up on Calculated Fields

I have been really enjoying the conditional markers on custom fields. However, I am struggling on how to make the markers work correctly for the roll-up data on a folder.

In my example above, the roll-up value says 0 instead of the 128 AVG value. Is there a setting I'm missing or is this how it is supposed to work.

Thank you,

Was this ever answered? I'm struggling with the same problem of rollup of custom calculated fields.

Hey Michel Strøm Tandrup, thanks for reaching out! Here are the instructions from our Support team:

1. Make sure the default aggregation is set to 'Average' in the settings of the custom fields you're using in calculations:

2. Open the project's 'Risk Log' and apply custom field data roll-up for this field by clicking on this icon:

3. You will see the average value of the field both in the project view and in the table view:

4. The calculated field will use the roll-up value on the project level, and the correct conditional marker will be applied. In my case I used the formula 10*[Currency_test] and any value higher than 20 should be in red:

Here's how the average value appears on the project level:

Hope this is helpful! 🙂
