Add Custom Name Field to Response Email from Wrike Form
We currently have 2 forms set up via Wrike that feed into 2 separate spaces (Requests and Feedback) and would like to add the requesters name from the form entry to the confirmation email that gets auto generated. Is there a way to code in the <name> of the person who submits the request so the email is more personalized? I have tried a few different approaches and nothing has seemed to work. Also, we have the auto generated email set up to send out for the forms, but it seems you have to use the same confirmation email for all forms you create in your Wrike account. Has anyone found a way to create separate confirmation emails for each form?
Holly Kehler I just noticed that the same request has been made here, although you're request has a couple more votes! I wonder if Wrike Support could merge the 2 together? https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360038607473-Variable-Form-Response-Option
Holly Kehler Hi, thanks for your feedback! I'll be passing it to the team 🙂

Hi Bethany Spaeth, you can now configure the 'thank you email' for each individual form, please check our dedicated post to learn more details.
Is this what you were looking for?
Hi @... - I am hoping to be able to pull in custom field values or questions answered in the form into the email.
i.e. it says "Thank you {First Name} for submitting {Form Name}. {Project Manager} will be in touch with your next steps....
With {} indicating items that were form questions.
Thank you for your reply, Bethany Spaeth, this option is not available but I've passed your feedback on to our Product Team 👍
