I'd like to see an easy way to transfer all tasks in certain projects to from one person to another for any team member changes. |

I believe the feature you're looking for already exists. When you mass edit tasks in the List View, there are several editing options that come up in the right hand panel of the screen. One of these is "Switch Assignees".
Is there a way to do this at the "owner" level....rather than the "assignee" level?
