Error when adding a collaborator
What does the message ""Users with pending invitations to accounts on other Wrike Data Centre can't be invited." mean?
I have invited a customer to be a collaborator and I cannot get further than this message. "Fix failed invitations" does nothing. This person is not already pending in our system.
Debbie

I am having the same issue trying to add a collaborator - my error is a bit different.
We had the same problem. From memory it happens when that email is from a company that already has Wrike in use.
You need them to use an alternative email to be a collaborator
Hi Tammy La Chapelle, welcome to the forums! Please let us know if Debbie Brownlie's advice helps. If it's something different, I'll be happy to raise a support ticket for you 🙂

Hi Lisa & Wrike Team/Community,
I am getting the same error as Debbie Brownlie replied to. However, it isn't really appropriate to ask my colleague to create a wrike account with an alternate email.
We have one user with the same domain (but different user name) as the one I am trying to add, and they were invited without issue and are using wrike fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi ! I'm getting the same error as you all. Did you find a solution? :)
Hi Morgane Morel, welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. I see that our Support team is in touch with you via email about this. Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
Hi,
is there already a solution for that issue?
I agree with Gerard Adam, that I can't tell our partner to give me an alternate e-mail so I can add them to our Wrike account as collaborator. For me that would mean, that our partner would have two Wrike users. One for his own account and one to collaborate with our users.
There must be another nice way ;-)
It would be really great, if there would be another way to get both Wrike tenants connected.
Thank you for your help and have a nice day.
Kind regards,
Markus

We are having the same issue. Asking our partners and customers to create a separate account to collaborate with us is just a non-starter. There has to be a way to collaborate with existing Wrike users or this tool becomes a no-go for collaborating. High Priority!
Hey Apurva Jain, I can see you're discussing this with our Support team now 👍
If you need help with anything else, make sure to let me know!

I just received the "User(s) who are not allowed to have more accounts can't be invited." error. I am attempting to add a regular user from the same corporate domain as all other users. I haven't seen any solutions posted publicly- can someone help?
I am sharing an info I found useful that I got from wrike HD team;
Users cannot be invited to accounts hosted on different Data Centers with the same email address. To overcome this technical limitation, you can invite the required users with different email addresses (e.g. personal emails) that are not linked to any Wrike profile on another data center yet. If your mailbox allows aliases, you could use them to invite the users. For example name.surname+alias@domain.com. This would count as a different address but pass emails to the same mailbox.
Hi Brian Parr, I can see that our Support team has helped you with that 🙂
Denis Marini Thanks for sharing!
