Licensing Issues

I completed about half of my account setup, including custom fields, in the trial license. I signed a contract for permanent licenses, but now my account is set to free and I'm not sure who to contact to get this fixed. Does anyone have any advice? I'm pretty concerned that my custom fields and configurations are gone, but I'm more concerned that I'm going into day 2 of a paid plan and I'm still on a free license.
