The Wrike desktop app no longer keeps login credentials

Wrike for the desktop no longer keeps my login information no matter how many times I hit the "Remember" button. I have to login every time I open it up and it gets to be very tedious throughout the day. Does anyone know if a fix is going to be implemented in a future patch soon or if there's already a fix I can try out?

Hi Tiffani, welcome to the Wrike community! 

Sorry to hear about your experience with the desktop app. Here's a possible solution:

  1. Uninstall the Wrike desktop app.
  2. Once it's done, delete the folder: %APPDATA%\Wrike (you can find it via the Search button). 
  3. Reboot the system.
  4. Install the latest version from here - https://www.wrike.com/frontend/apps/index.html#/apps/desktopapp

This should cause your app to work as normal. If you are still unable to save your login information let me know and I'll raise a Support ticket for you!

Thank you, Hugh! That fixed the problem. Before I did try uninstalling and even updating and it still wouldn't save my login data, but it seems deleting that folder finally did the trick. It's remembering my credentials now. Thanks again!
