Lost File While Working in Document Editor

I am relatively new to Wrike. I was editing an excel file using the wrike document editor, making sure I was saving along the way because my edits were extensive. I left it open when I left work last night and came in and it was closed. Is it stored somewhere in Wrike that I can recover it? The file in the task is still the un-edited version. When I open recent files in Excel I see the file with the path

 

C:\Users\myname\AppData\Roaming\WrikeDocumentEditor\db\data\48707911\filename

 

But it says it can't find the file there.

Jake Forman Our company struggles with this often. 

First place to check is your desktop! Files should be automatically saved there if you leave the Document Editor open for +3 hours.

A feature idea for Wrike Document Editor: Once Wrike believes the new version has been uploaded to Wrike, move the local version to the Recycle Bin so that users have the option to delete at our own discretion. It will save all the teeth gnashing when the new draft does not upload correctly.

Help! The same thing just happened to me. Worked on an Excel doc for a little less than an hour, and was saving the throughout the whole time, when I closed it the task had the old version only. I have searched my computer, and Wrike thoroughly and I can't find it! Please help!
