Calendar public links should support initial date

I want to be able to create a "2020 Team Projects" public link to my calendar.

Currently if I set the calendar view to Year and the year to 2020, create a public link, and open it, the calendar opens to 2019.

I'd like that initial date range to be configurable by link, either when I create it, or even after the fact.
