I'm fairly certain that Wrike does not have a way to automatically move a task from one folder to another. However, if you set up a Dashboard that shows OVERDUE from the folder where the invoice is located, you could see at a glance those that are overdue. The 30-days overdue part, though, is a bit tougher to calculate. You can add the filter of Due Date: Last Month, but that does not do the 30-day cycle, just picks up those due last month.

Wrike will show the date it was due, just have to manually calculate overdue.ย

    Hope this helps.ย

Wrike Devs: Would be great to have the ability to filter by 30-days overdue!!!! Hint Hint

I also don't know of any way to do this within Wrike, but it can be done easily with Wrike Integrate.

I created a quick community recipe as an example at https://www.workato.com/recipes/1040941-move-overdue-wrike-tasks-from-one-folder-to-another-when-30-days-overdue
