  • Spot On! ๐Ÿ‘ Innovative Approach ๐Ÿ’ก Stellar Advice ๐Ÿ’ช

    Hey Matteo!

All of these things are possible through Wrike using the correct processes and features!

In regards to offline work, the Wrike App for Mobile allows you to view and edit tasks and projects while offline, and the changes will be made everywhere once you've connected to a network. The app is available for all iPhone and Android devices, so make sure to search Wrike in the appropriate App Store to install it!

For allowing managers to edit a users' tasks, I'd recommend using a Public Space for your users to make plans in. This way, an admin will be able to see which activities are planned, assign others to the same tasks, and to change dates and details from the task menu.

In regards to automatically planning, you should create a Calendar from the Wrike Calendar function and select the location that you'd like everyone's tasks to be in. Wrike will develop a smart Calendar that includes everyone's deadlines and tasks. This will let everyone see how much time they have for individual tasks.

I'd also recommend checking out our Wrike Discover courses, they're full of great tips and tutorials on how to get the most out of your Wrike experience.

Hope this helped! If you have any other questions let me know!
