Blackout dates or periods

I have many customers who tell us they have blackout periods. It would be awesome if we can incorporate those to the PP in a visible / obvious way. This helps us understand why a task may have taken longer than thought. -- Yes this can be noted in the description, but descriptions can not be seen in the Gantt or Report snapshot.
