Access denied message on app (IOS) after clicking "new"
Hi all, One of my users clicked on "new" on a task assigned to her in the app. (This was a banner notifying her that the task was new.) After that the task got locked "access denied". Any experience with/solutions for this? Thanks!

This is happening to one of my Regular Users, too. He's a new user with a brand new installation of the Wrike app on his iPhone, which isn't working. Any advice?

Our user just changed his password and then the app started working. His password had been fine on his laptop but he wasn't able to log in to the app. It didn't make any sense to us, but it was simple and it worked!
Good to know, Thiel Butner 🙂
