I created a Form for our Customer Service Desk with a number of Custom Fields and they do not show when the Task is created. For example: There are many fields below in the blue square that are filled out but none came through on the Summary for the Task in the Red square. After playing with it, it will only pull in the field is it is not 'Custom' but Description/Title only. I moved to all Custom Fields to make the Reporting better but would love for our Customer Service Team to easily view the submission in the Task.
