Hi Will Broadway! As your post got 60+ upvotes, I checked with the Product team and for now, your suggestion is not planned. I'll let you know here if that changes in the future because having this status now doesn't mean that your idea will never be implemented.
Thank you for your feedback!

Howdy, Lisa!
I know the status above says not planned, but is there any chance this could be a possibility in the future? Most of my forms have at least one dropdown fed from a custom column with 30+ options. I even have one with over 300 options. Scrolling past it is not a problem, but when trying to move the question, it takes FOR-EV-ER. Being able to collapse the options would be a huge help.
OR a button next to the question's main text allowing it to move to a specific page would work just as well. Typically, I put the dropdowns with large numbers of options on the last page of the editor so I don't have to deal with them, but sometimes adjustments are made, and I need to shift them.
If I was only dealing with dropdowns with the large number of options, it wouldn't be a big deal since they're based off a custom column, but the majority of the options have conditions set. So, rebuilding the question where it needs to be would greatly increase the time to build out the form. Plus it would allow for greater chance of human error when rebuilding it every time.
Hi Will and Patrick, hope you don't mind me jumping in for Lisa here!
Firstly, thank you for the feedback! It really helps our Product team to hear use cases from Wrike users when they're having discussions about possible new features.
Secondly, our team is interested in implementing this, but it is not in the short term roadmap. For that reason I'll be adding the "Backburner" status to this thread.
If you have any other questions let me know! 😊
Ahh - I was reaching out for this feature as it is really weird to manage request forms with over 30 pages and multiple questions with some 100 dropdown entries.
It would be a small feature with great impact!
Florian
Please make it possible to collapse whole pages to, so they may be easily rearanged by drag'n'drop!
Hi Florian Kislich, thanks so much for posting! I've checked with the Product team, and unfortunately, this suggestion is still a backburner. I'll be sure to post here if there are any updates in relation to this 😊
Hi, I'm here in August 2022 still seeing this feature with 86 upvotes in Backburner status. Any chance this might be moved up soon? I have one particular request form with 53 pages, each of which contains at least 4 dropdown menus, each of which contains 55 to 225 options, and some of which contain redirects or specific assignees. It's now impossible to add new questions to this form because if I try to drag a new question up past all the other unfurled single-select menus, Wrike just looks at me like I'm crazy for wanting to do anything else. I've sat with a new question held by my cursor, hovering, for ten minutes trying to move it past another dropdown menu, and nothing happens. I've even temporarily changed all longer dropdowns above the new question to Yes/No options only just to make the distance shorter, and I still can't get a new question to move up. The form is now just too massive. Unfortunately, without collapsible pages/questions or conditional formatting in request forms, I can't make the form any more condensed than it already is.
