Automatically create link on specific task/text

Hello,

I have a number of specific task, all of them configured similarly, and in each one of them I have a link to an external tool.

basically each ticket has this text at the begining:
"External tool 123456789"

I create a link on this text to go on something like that: http:\\externaltool.com/123456789

On each task i create/duplicate I have to change the 123456789 AND the link.

Can it be automatized and each time wrike recognize "External tool 123456789" wrike creates a link?
