Workflow updating Tasks

Hello all.  In setting up Workflows for my Organization (I've successfully setup Workflow with automated assigning of tasks and updating the Dashboard) I'm checking in if there are capabilities to have an assigned workflow to update tasks by doing the following:

  • If a Task with an assigned Workflow set to the default status ("Active" or in my case "Requested") start date has passed, can the task be automatically updated to another status (such as "Heh! <whoever> I need an update") ?
  • If a Task is assigned to "Deferred" can the start date be automatically moved ahead 30 days?

I'm also curious to see a list of what additional automation can be triggered within a task.  I've seen references to Wrike Labs and formula to adjust the date, but not seen a one page summary of what can be done.  I've also noted there is a number of "Task Automation" or "Task Triggered events" comments / requests and be useful to have a summary of what's being reviewed by the Wrike team for future updates.
